License to Download(s)

You acknowledge and agree that the Download(s) (“ringtones”) made available as part of the Site are owned by 30SecondTunes and are protected by intellectual property laws. As ringtones, 30SecondTunes hereby grants, and you hereby accept, a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right and license to download and use the object code version of the Download(s) on a designated compatible mobile device solely for your own personal non-commercial use. You further acknowledge and agree that you may not reproduce, duplicate, modify, perform, transfer, post, distribute, sell, create derivative works of or otherwise use or make available the Download(s) except as expressly provided in these Terms. No license is granted to you by these Terms of the mobile content downloaded on your mobile device. Any payments for services provided by 30SecondTunes will be completed with a 3rd party. 30SecondTunes assumes no responsibility for any transactions between you and a 3rd party site.

Any music to be used commercially, such as but not limited to television, radio, websites, movies, company or private video, are owned by 30SecondTunes and are protected by intellectual property law. Rights for use of music from this Site in this way will be dealt with on an individual basis based on a separate contract.
